Is the price I see in search really the final price?
Yes. Every fare in results already includes taxes and our ₹249 per-traveller service fee. Nothing is added at the payment step — that is our Transparent Fare Promise.
How do I get my e-ticket?
Within seconds of a successful payment the PDF e-ticket is emailed to you and sent on WhatsApp. You can also download it any time from My Trips or retrieve a booking with the reference number.
What happens if I cancel?
You see the airline fee and our ₹250 fee before you confirm. The refund then moves through four visible stages in My Trips.
Do you offer student, senior citizen or armed forces fares?
Yes — choose the fare type under the search form. The discount (up to ₹600 per adult) is deducted in the results and carried through to payment; carry the relevant ID at check-in.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through PayU (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store card details.
Can Expocity also book trains, cabs, visas or insurance?
